Allie Porter-Harris

Community Manager

Originally from Columbia, SC, Allie has been part of the HHHunt team since 2018. Over the years, she has grown with the company, beginning as a Leasing Consultant, advancing to Assistant Community Manager, and now proudly serving as Community Manager at Abberly NoDa Vista. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong connection to HHHunt’s vision and culture while embracing the mission to create meaningful experiences for residents. Outside of work, Allie loves getting lost in a great novel, true crime podcasts, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.

Alexis King-Landry

Assistant Community Manager

A native of West Columbia, SC, Alexis began her journey with HHHunt in 2022 at Abberly Village. She brings with her a strong foundation in customer service and student housing, having worked in both since 2015 and 2021, respectively. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Columbia College and is known for her warm energy, attention to detail and passion for creating a welcoming environment for residents. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking and watching scary movies.

Sydnee Vaden

Leasing Consultant

Sydnee grew up in a small town called Stoneville, in the northern part of North Carolina. She moved to Wilmington in 2018 and attended UNCW, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Social Work. Sydnee joined HHHunt in September 2024 as a leasing consultant at Abberly Solaire. In her free time, Sydnee enjoys spending time at the beach collecting shark's teeth and shells or relaxing in her hammock with a good book. She is excited to explore all that Charlotte has to offer, as she loves trying new coffee shops and restaurants!

Martin "Chip" Gass

Service Manager

Chip, a native of Charlotte, joined HHHunt in November 2022. He has worked in the multifamily industry since 2022 and in his spare time enjoys fishing and ministry.

Rickie Gumbs

Service Technician

Originally from Toronto, Rickie moved to North Carolina in 2011 and joined HHHunt in November 2022. He has worked in the multifamily industry since 2019 and in his free time enjoys spending time with his dog Forrest, kayaking, and discussing politics.
